HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
