HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Glen Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Milwaukee area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
