HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
