HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
