HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Nova Vale Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
