HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
