HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Northwind Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
