HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Nova Iron Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
