HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sparrow Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
