HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Glen Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
