HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Fern Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
