HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
