HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Beacon Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Miami area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
