HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Cedar Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
