HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Bright Vale Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
