HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Bright Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
