HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Northwind Technologies provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
