HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak River Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
