HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
