HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Umber Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
