HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Summit Oak Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
