HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Madison with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
