HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Redstone Pine Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
