HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Wilder Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Madison region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
