HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Summit Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
