HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Hollow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
