HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Madison. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
