HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Cobalt Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
