HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
