HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
