HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Summit Glen Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
