HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Meadow Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
