HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
