HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Louisville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
