HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
