HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
