HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
