HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Nova Rowan Legal Group is a Louisville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 206 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
