HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate River Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
