HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Louisville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 370 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
