HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Louisville with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
