HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Louisville, KY)

Summit Lantern Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
