HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Meadow Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
