HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
