HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
