HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Little Rock region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
