HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
