HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Sparrow Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
