HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
