HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fern Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
